In my viewpoint they are much better than Pro-Lab for mold and mildew analysis and I have a neighborhood branch that I can drive to conveniently to hand over several samples. I am soooo finished with delivery examples down to Florida and it costing me a ton of money.

That just transforms into cash sitting on the rack not doing anything in my opinion if you do not do a great deal of screening. Basically $125 per sample.

Like Scott claimed, a full mold assessment is essentially a full home evaluation minus the electric. Several of my home examination costs are > $375. You would do a full mold and mildew assessment on, say, a 3,000 SF house with a crawl room and 3 attics and include 3 examples for $375?

Exactly how much does EMSL cost for evaluation and reports per sample? Is air various from surface area samples?

Depressing yet true. I'm not exactly sure I'm following what you're stating, Mr. Braun. Sorry. A scope of work is what is usually contacted find out what needs to be done to get rid of the mold and mildew but has no/very little scientific research behind it to back it up. The mold and mildew problem is not talked about, no techniques of screening are explained, the tools used during the analysis is not noted, the setting is not documented, no realities are given regarding what was discovered, and no references to back up the facts.
